The Australian National Aerial Firefighting Centre has announced the requirement for all contracted aircraft to have a satellite tracking system operational at all times. IndigoSat is working closely with several major firefighting aircraft operators to integrate the Indigo MOBILE into their fleets in order to meet these requirements.

RFDS selects IndigoSat

The Australian Royal Flying Doctor Service has selected the Indigo One system to provide flight tracking and communication services to its fleet of Pilatus PC-XII turboprop aircraft. In Central and South Australia alone, the RFDS in 2008 conducted more than 13,000 flights - 35 each day - and flew more than 4.5 million kilometers. Read the full press release
