Indigo One FAQs

Can the Indigo One be fitted to my aircraft?
Yes - the Indigo One tracking system can be fitted to just about any aircraft. We have obtained a number of STCs, which can be used to substantiate the installation on your aircraft; check here to see if your aircraft has an STC. If your aircraft is not currently covered under an STC, the Indigo One can still be installed under and Engineering Order or Field Modification using the Installation Plans prepared for your aircraft type..

IndigoTrack FAQs

I've unfortunately fitted another tracking system on my aircraft - can I still use IndigoTrack?
Yes - even if your aircraft is fitted with a different tracking system, you can still get the benefit of using the IndigoTrack software to manage your aircraft. Most other tracking systems don't have the functionality of the Indigo One system, so you may not be able to use all the features of the IndigoTrack software, but you'll still be able to track your aircraft on our aviation maps.
What happens if there is a problem on the aircraft and I'm not watching the flight?
Our IndigoTrack servers are constantly monitoring all flights, regardless of the type of tracking hardware installed, and will take action if there is a break in transmission from the aircraft. For those aircraft fitted with IndigoSat systems, the software will actively request a position from the tracking unit, and escalate an Alert message if a response is not received within a reasonable time. For other systems, the software will escalate an Alert message to predefined emails and mobile phones, making sure that any situation is detected as soon as possible. IndigoSat provides this service free-of-charge to all clients.
I need a custom report - how do I get it?
Contact us   to arrange a custom report to be made available to you. We have created a wide variety of custom reports for our clients, and provided the information is available, a report can be tailored for your specific needs at no additional cost!
I've got a back-office system - how do I get IndigoTrack information integrated?
We currently provide a number of clients with datafeeds to their operations IT systems, using a variety of communication methods. Contact us   to discuss your specific needs and a datafeed can be set up in as little as one day.
My aircraft fly to little-known locations - can I add my own waypoints?
Yes you can add your own locations using the "Waypoints" button on the map tool of IndigoTrack. Furthermore, if you already have a large database of your airstrips and destinations, you can contact us  to have them added in bulk, and made available either publically or only to your user group.
