Airtime and License Activation Policy
All website purchases paid via PayPal or AlertPay will be automatically activated
on successful payment, and will be immediately available in IndigoTrack.
All website purchases paid via Manual Invoice will not
be activated until proof of payment is sent to
accounts@indigosat.com, or faxed to +61 (2) 9789 7700 or +27 (11) 463 5551 |

Shipping Policy
Equipment will not be shipped from IndigoSat's premises without proof of payment for the purchase. All
shipments are made on an INCOTERMS Free Carrier (FCA) basis. |

Refunds Policy
No refunds will be made unless agreed in writing with IndigoSat at
accounts@indigosat.com. This includes airtime and licenses purchased through
the website, although please contact us should you have over-purchased, and we will
be glad to assist. |
